I recently had my kitchen and guest bathroom remodeled by AP Advanced Construction. Throughout the entire process their staff was a pleasure to work with. Artur and Debra at the showroom were very helpful in the design process. They were able to answer all questions I had and any changes I wanted were made with ease. Benny and Eric kept me informed about when installers would at my house and what they would be doing. They also provided some helpful suggestions, like replacing the track lighting with can lights. The new lighting looks great and makes the kitchen much brighter. All of their installers were professional and I am very happy with the quality of their work. My new kitchen and bathroom look just like I pictured them after leaving the showroom. I’ve received many compliments from friends and family on how it looks. Thanks AP!

After living in our house unchanged for approximately 20 years combined with a disastrous water leak that occurred in our kitchen and laundry room areas, Becky and I decided it was time to remodel the entire first floor of our home.

Our plans were to address the popcorn ceiling, redo the flooring, paint throughout, and completely update the kitchen and bathroom areas. We then interviewed a select group of local firms and decided upon A P Advanced Construction. This was primarily because of their unique ability to put us at ease and to identify our needs while also watching our budget.
We immediately liked both Benny and Artur after we began discussing our plans. They were most helpful in guiding us along to determine exactly what we wanted and by giving us various options as to what we could update throughout the house. Debra, one of their primary contacts behind the scene, was also very helpful and kept us informed via telephone throughout the entire initial negotiation process.

Once we had decided upon what we wanted to have done, the day of demolition and reconstruction finally arrived. We were excited and anxious to get started. AP’s superintendent named Eric led the team performing the actual work. He was informative and responsive throughout the process and led the remodeling like only a true expert can do.

A hulk of a man named Simon led the day to day on site remodeling. He and his talented crew (Leo, Albert, Paul, and George) were possibly the best part of the process in that they are the ones that made our dream a reality. They performed their duties admirably and the final product is truly a beauty to behold! They also arrived each on time each day, cleaned up daily, and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted before they departed for the day.
Needless to say, we are extremely happy with our “new” home! Because we did not move out and stayed in our home throughout the construction process, we were unable to truly appreciate the transformation until we traveled to our property in Tennessee for a short break and returned to Jacksonville. It was like we were in a different house!

Let me finish by simply stating that A P Advanced Construction worked with us throughout the entire process to ensure our expectations were fully met. Yes, there were a few minor bumps along the journey. What you must analyze and base your opinion upon is how does your contractor respond to those issues and are you happy with the end result. In that regard, A P Advance shines like a star! In short, it was a great experience and a job well done!

My wife and I wanted to renovate our master suite, which included the master bath, in a two month time frame. We interviewed and got price quotes from four companies, with two easily out of the running when they would not commit to our time frame. My wife and I hired AP Advanced Construction Inc for three main reasons: commitment to complete the job in our required time frame, straight forward and candid answers to our questions and pricing of our master suite and bathroom renovation.

Artur is a professional who knows his craft and speaks to you with an honesty that is refreshing and candid. I asked for a specific quote and a commitment to getting the job done in two months. He was the only one that priced the job the same day we met with him. He was the only one who committed to the two month timeframe. The work required new flooring; removal of popcorn ceiling, and painting throughout the master suite. A complete renovation of the bathroom, which included replacing vanities; sinks, shower and toilet. The fact that we were able to work with an interior designer to select our flooring, etc. was truly a great help and the choices we had were more than we could even imagine. The work was done with Artur present at every step. He always returned our phone calls within a day, followed up on the work scheduled, resolved any issues that came up and was simply outstanding through the process. The results were the job completed within the time frame promised with work crews that were nothing short of outstanding in their professionalism and work quality. I would absolutely recommend AP Advanced Construction Inc for all your construction needs.

I would recommend AP Advanced Construction Inc Artur is wonderful to work with, we remodeled our bathroom first which included removing bathtub and making big walk in shower and we where very happy with the outcome and with the work that was done we called them again to remodel our kitchen. After having others come to the house for quotes not only was Artur the most reasonably priced but the best to work with he always let us in the know of what was happening and explained process. He gave me the best prices on new cabinets which I was not going to do because everyone else had quoted me ridiculous
prices. My husband is one of those men who are extremely handy and wanted to be included in every process to make sure it was being done to his standard (which is very high) and Artur and their crew were easy to work with and made sure we were happy every step of the way. They did a wonderful job and I have recommended him to friends I would encourage anyone to do business with AP Advanced Construction Inc

Artur was so great in organizing my 2 bathrooms which we gutted and renovated. He was a great help realizing any issues we had right away! My two workers were really nice to work with. They were so nice in fixing any issues we had right away, I miss them not coming every day. Can’t wait for them to return in August to do my kitchen. AP Advanced Construction is an awesome company to work with I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel!

We looked for 2 years to find a contractor to do our bathrooms no one would call us back with an estimate. AP Advanced was here the week I called them, I had an estimate the same day and construction started the following day!
They are “Johnny on the Spot”! Love them!
